⋅⊱ You CANNOT add a TOS of any kind, in anyway to my designs without talking to me.⋅⊱ You CANNOT for any reason hold design for Backlisted user, unless you talk to me and get my written and confirmed approval.⋅⊱Please DO NOT copy/get "inspired"/heavily reference/steal my oc's/Deigns.⋅⊱Please do not alter/change any of my designs to the point where it is unrecognizable.⋅⊱If someone gifted/traded you a OC I designed your not allowed to upsell/trade them for more then put into them/got for them.⋅⊱ I MUST be credited for the design and original artwork, you will include me in the credit of future re-designs and references.⋅⊱If a Blacklisted individual gifts, sells, or trades my designs they aren't allowed to put a tos on them/ retrieve them again under ANY circumstance.⋅⊱My designs can be edited by me if you ask. However, these should never try to imitate another design someone had made or owns.⋅⊱All designs must stay one character. You may not make “siblings”/”twin” characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet.⋅⊱How you obtained the character should/will ALWAYS be on toyhouse ownership logs. Do NOT delete my designs from TH ever.⋅⊱ You MUST ask before co-owning my designs, telling me who the main owner is to avoid confusion in the future/ Avoid blacklisted people obtaining my design.
A link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given to avoid theft.⋅⊱ Some of my older designs aren't properly credited to my main TH account, or have been reposted by blacklisted users. If you see a design credited to Smol-Sprout, Choco-cupcake-sweeti, ittymeadow, my-little-universe, lost-forest-fawn, Nymphvi, FairyyFleur, Elfaelyn or Miniitaiyo they are by me and still follow my terms.
